Refunds/Exchange Deadline
All refunds and/or exchanges purchases must be processed, with an original receipt within 48 hours. Any packages or access codes are not refundable if opened. For additional details, please visit Refund/Exchange Policies
My Order Status
Need to check the status of your order?
- Log into your vvcRams.com account. Go to My Account and select the Shopping Basket. Here you will see the statuts of your orders in Order History.
- Once your order flips to Shipped (UPS & Bookstore Pickup), that means we have successfully charged your order and we are preparing your order shipping out or for Curbside Pickup.
- If shipping UPS - it will be shipped out the following business day
- If you selected Bookstore Pickup, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Rams Bookstore Web Order Pickup Service
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. The instructions and hours of operation will be included in your email notification.
Please do not attempt to pickup your order until you have received your notice via email.
Your CURRENT ASB/ID card and masks are required for pickup.
