Need to check the status of your order?
- Log into your vvcRams.com account. Go to My Account and select the Shopping Basket. Here you will see the statuts of your orders in Order History.
- Once your order flips to Shipped (UPS & Bookstore Pickup), that means we have successfully charged your order and we are preparing your order shipping out or for Curbside Pickup.
- If shipping UPS - it will be shipped out the following business day
- If you selected Bookstore Pickup, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Rams Bookstore Curbside Pickup Service
Once your order has been successfully processed, you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup. The instructions and hours of operation will be included in your email notification. Please do not arrive to pickup your order until you have received your notice via email.

Important Store Closure Details
- Public access to the campus is restricted at this time. All orders for books, supplies and other merchandise are placed online.
- We will be available via phone 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-2pm Friday.*
- During peak business periods, order processing will require additional time. It is beneficial for you to place your orders a few weeks prior to the beginning of any term.
